- Attach Hold’em Up to your bra straps close to the bottom
- Adjust the length of Hold’em Up to suit
- With the clasp of your bra open place the bra over your head (like you would a t-shirt)
- When the bra is in position close the bra clasp
- Adjust the height of Hold’em Up to suit
