This relaxed, no-pressure session is designed to help us connect and get to know each other. We’ll chat about your nutrition goals, what you’d like to achieve, and any areas where you’re currently struggling. You’ll also get a feel for how I work and how I can best support you on your wellness journey.

If you choose to move forward with your first nutrition appointment, the cost of this consultation will be credited toward that session.
