This is a focused session designed to touch base, check progress, and provide guidance between your major review appointments. It’s ideal if you’re looking for accountability, reassurance, or quick adjustments rather than an in-depth reassessment.
What we’ll cover:
- Review of your current habits and any recent changes
- Answer specific questions that have come up since your first session
- Offer guidance on next steps or minor tweaks to your plan
- Provide encouragement and strategies to keep you moving forward

- You’ve had your first consultation
- You’re not ready for a full review but want to check in
- You need clarity or reassurance between main sessions
