The Luxe Wellness Wallet allows you to make smaller weekly payments toward your future treatments at Luxe.
Choose the weekly amount that suits you, and each payment will be added to your personal Wallet balance. Your funds will continue to build until you’re ready to use them.
How the Luxe Wellness Wallet Works
The Luxe Wellness Wallet is a simple way to make smaller, regular payments toward your future treatments at Luxe.
How It Works
- Choose a weekly or fortnightly payment option.
- Pay the small one-off setup fee displayed when you sign up. This helps Luxe cover the additional processing and administration costs associated with establishing your Wallet.
- Each automatic payment is added to your personal Wallet balance.
- Your balance continues to grow until you’re ready to use it.
- Book your treatment and enter your unique Wallet code at checkout.
If your balance doesn’t cover the full treatment cost, simply pay the difference. Any unused funds will roll over for your next appointment.
Your Wellness Wallet Code
After signing up, Acuity Scheduling will email you a unique Wallet code.
Enter this code in the “Package, gift or coupon code” field whenever you book and want to use your balance.
You can check your balance through the “Check code balance” option on our booking page. If you lose your code or need help, please contact Luxe.
Use It Your Way
Your Wallet can be used toward any eligible beauty, spa or wellness treatment at Luxe. You don’t need to choose your treatment when you sign up.
Use it for regular appointments, save toward a larger treatment or combine different treatments using one balance.
Important to Know
- A small, one-off setup fee applies and will be clearly displayed before you subscribe.
- The setup fee covers additional processing and administration costs and is not added to your Wallet balance.
- This is a prepaid store-credit balance, not a loan or buy-now-pay-later service.
- Payments continue automatically until you cancel.
- Cancelling stops future payments, but your accumulated balance remains available.
- Appointments must be booked separately and remain subject to availability.
- Your Wallet balance does not lock in treatment prices.
- Wallet funds are not refundable for change of mind.
- If you cannot use your balance, you can contact Luxe to have it converted into a transferable Luxe gift card.
- Our standard booking and cancellation policy still applies.
