PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
What is a Pre-Order?
- Pre-orders are purchases made for items not currently in stock but expected to arrive in 7-10 days. This allows you to secure your chosen item before it is released.
Estimated Arrival
- Items listed for pre-order have been dispatched from our designers warehouse with an expected delivery timeframe of 7-10 days. Please note this is an estimate only and may be subject to change.
Designer Cancellations or Stock Changes
- On rare occasions, a designer or brand may cancel or change the availability of a product after the pre-order has been placed. In this case: - You will be notified via email. - A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. We are not responsible for cancellations or changes initiated by the supplier or brand, but we will always ensure you are refunded promptly if your item becomes unavailable.
Change of Mind
- Pre-orders are final once placed. Please choose carefully, as we offer a store credit for change of mind on pre-orders.
Split Orders
- If you purchase in-stock and pre-order items together, they may be shipped separately. Additional postage charges will not apply.
