1. Open one individual pouch.
2. Turn the mask over so the white fabric side is facing up.
3. Pinch + pull to reveal the ear loops (peel back the thin white fabric from the centre on both sides).
4. Place over closed eyes and secure with the ear loops.
5. Relax for ~30 minutes as the mask gently warms to around 40°C.
